Hi! You can set the headboard into the ground and add some landscape timbers to create a raised bed (no pun intended.). Or, set it in a corner and allow trellising plants to climb it.
Hi Dionne. I'm Cindy. Just this evening I read a post where someone used a headboard from a brass bed to make a flower bed. She began by digging holes wide enough apart to put the headboard in a couple inches. Then she put the cement mix in the holes and then added water. The cement cured with the headboard in place. Once the headboard was in place, she planted her flowers. It really was cute.
