Hi Myrtle,
The nail polish, as long as it is paintable, you can either use it for projects, I really don't think it degrades that much.

Throw away your old makeup and any creams you have dipped your fingers into.
You can clean them out and reuse the containers!
I use much less conditioner than I do shampoo so I'm frequently stuck with extra. I've found it works very well for shaving my legs and leaves them feeling soft and soothed.

The leftover shampoos make a great substitute for liquid soap in the kitchen or bath and are often more moisturizing than actual liquid soap.
