Hanging lamp conversion to floor lamp
I would like to convert a tiffany-style hanging lamp (see pic) into a floor lamp, any ideas? Thanks in advance.
The lights come with small batteries, you can get at a hardware store. Call first to see if they have them. Make sure the lights are getting enough strong rays.
Most likely the batteries are dead
You could try replacing the batteries with new rechargeable nickle cadmium batteries
Also make sure the battery contacts are clean and fit the battery snuggly. I have lots of these and every couple of years I order replacement batteries for all of them.
Open the back and see what kind of solar recharable batteries it takes. I replaced my fence solar lites batteries and it was easy.
