Our new house has had many things needing to be done, but we worked on them in order of priority. Eventually we got to the outside of the home, it NEEDED to be washed very bad. Our white house looked like a dirty gray with green mildew mixed in. Yuck!

What a beauty huh?! When I look back at some of our "before" pictures I still wonder what I was thinking when we bought this house!

Once we got the house pressure washed it looks so clean and bright and the door color just didn't look right anymore. It was too dark and dingy looking and I wanted something bright and cheery.

Yay! New door color! For some reason it looks very pink in the picture, but it was more of a coral color. The house finally looks inviting!

But after a year, we had got a lot more done inside and the door just didn't seem right anymore.

The inside is decorated in white, gray's and shades of blue with a beach theme since we're very close to the beach. And since I painted the inside of the door as well, it just wasn't right.

My new door! This is perfect and goes so much better with the outside and inside of the house and definitely gives it more of a beachy look. The color is Behr Malaysian Mist and it is a blue/green color. I am so pleased with it now.

Here's a before and after. You can also tell that we painted the black trim of the windows to white which really helped to lighten and brighten the house.

Absolutely love the update! Do you have instructions for the chairs? My sister made one years ago but doesn't remember the instructions. As I recall, it was very comfortable. Thanks.

The blue/green color is nice, but I love the red.
