How to sound-proof my condo entrance door to my unit?
Door was also badly damaged by previous owners who had 3 schnauzers. Doors cannot be replaced by anything but original door material.

Hello Carol,
Maybe insulate the door with insulation board and cover it with a panel and paint that to suit your decoration. You could use No More Nails to fix it in place. Best wishes!
Here are some suggestions for you, they involve more than a panel on the door:

Hi Carol, I have seen people hang curtain rods over their apartment/condo doors and then hang either a thick comforter or quilt from it. You can slide it out of the way when you are going in or out and then it will provide some soundproofing when pulled across when you are home.
In the bad ole days in Russia, everyone padded their doors with a thick piece of resin foam insulation/foam covered with vinyl fabric, and add a few upholstery nails to make it look tufted..... https://www.google.com/search?q=picture+of+russian+padded+doors&client=opera&sxsrf=ALeKk00VZbsVyQCWuF3nThy55hKA21C1Qw:1615143044032&tbm=isch&source=iu&ictx=1&fir=w5zkjKAdmMkexM%252CHD5sXAw6hfj4oM%252C_&vet=1&usg=AI4_-kTYeb33zhACKPTsIrDdyhqAS4oDzQ&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwi7iJrb7J7vAhUKsp4KHX-1DRIQ9QF6BAgLEAE#imgrc=qdabjzH0coBwLM
