heh there, i need to put a lock on the inside of a screen door, one of those hook locks. Do i need a special Bit for the metal ?

Hi I have looked at several sites and all they say is Drill bit for a screen door.

I think you will be OK using a regular drill bit--especially if it is new. The metal on a screen door is not very thick. Just make sure you don't drill all the way through the door!!
Use a regular drill. I put sliding locks at top, middle and bottom of my screen door.
You probably need a drill bit that will go through metal. Ask for one at your local hardware store. Someone there will be able to show you what you need if you explain your project to them.
