How do I put accordion shutters on windows with bars?

Hello!!! I have metal bars on all my windows and sliding doors and was interested in putting accordion shutters. Want to know if anybody knows a diy way for accordion shutters with bars on windows and doors. Thank you.

I think that these shutters would need to be mounted on the inside of the house like curtains or mini-blinds. I have never seen accordion shutters.
You would have to get the side rails made wider to cover the bars that are sticking out further. Need to contact company to see if they can make specialty ones,they probably do but at what cost.
I'm sorry you have to live where bars are needed.
