Contact paper make make the arched part foggy if you are trying to go for privacy.

If you want to go the privacy route that Scarlet suggested, I would highly recommend the static type that applies with water. No "sticky" issues when you remove it. The brand I used is Rabbitgoo and it has held up well for about a year. One on a bathroom window and the other on an entrance door.

I usually have lead glass windows made for those.

If you do not sew yourself then there really are only two options here:

    1. Cover the window with any traditional window covering, which will also cover the arched shape of the window casing.
    2. Purchase custom made window coverings, the shape of your window.

If you know how to use a sewing machine, then flexible rodding threaded onto a rod pocket that has been sewn into lightweight fabric, or a heavier bendable arched rod with curtain hooks, may work for you.

Mounting the hardware may be a challenge.

Examples of bendable rodding shown below.
