Contact paper make make the arched part foggy if you are trying to go for privacy.
If you want to go the privacy route that Scarlet suggested, I would highly recommend the static type that applies with water. No "sticky" issues when you remove it. The brand I used is Rabbitgoo and it has held up well for about a year. One on a bathroom window and the other on an entrance door.
I usually have lead glass windows made for those.
If you do not sew yourself then there really are only two options here:
If you know how to use a sewing machine, then flexible rodding threaded onto a rod pocket that has been sewn into lightweight fabric, or a heavier bendable arched rod with curtain hooks, may work for you.
Mounting the hardware may be a challenge.
