There are window films you can use, or are you looking for something temporary for a decoration?

there are any number of vinyl sheet products that you can apply to your window easily with a spray bottle of water and a cloth to smooth it down (i.e. no adhesive). I bought one for UV blocking from Home Depot. Online you can find tons of choices of designs/colors, etc.
You can buy window film that looks frosted. You can cut it to the size you want and stick it to the windows. It's nice because it is temporary and you can easily change it in the future.
Yes, you can buy frosted contact paper or wall paper that peels and sticks. It is also removable if you decide to take it down. Look in the contact paper aisle and you will find it marked "frosted". (It is hard to tell by just looking, but it will be labeled). I saw some last night when I was at our local Walmart. The paint department with their wallpaper also had stickers and "frosted" type stickers that are also removable or adjustable. They cost much more, however. Hope this helps.
This might work is it not window film

You can purchase the sticky backed vinyl to put on. Just cut and stick.
There's frosted window film that is really easy to apply and works just as well as the spray
Home Depot has attractive window films, stick on and peel off when ready.
You could use some sheer cotton voile and apply it using liquid starch.
