Top of my front door. I want it moveable so that I can look outside but covering the glass so they can't see inside my home.

Home Depot sells privacy film that you can cut to the desired size
Make a little curtain rod for it.
A curtain rod with curtains that can be moved open or closed would work for that. Or you can hang curtains that you don't have to open but you can flip them over to look outside.
Gather a sheer on a small extension rod and fit it inside window frame.
Add a curtain wire at top. and thread curtain or Valence onto it.
