use command hooks
You can use eye hooks screwed into an "L" shaped board mounted above the window edge... like an upside down capital L...mount the edge of one board above the top edge of the window so that the 2nd board sticks out away from the window, screw the eye bolts or eye screws into the 'overhanging' board.
Depending on the weight, try Command strips. 3M has products that might work for you also. Best of luck.
