You could Iron them. I would check what type of fabric they are to put the iron at the right setting so that your drapes don't get messed up.

Curtains should float just 1/2 " above the flooring to hang well!

Hand press the folds to where they hang properly the either put pincher clothes pins on them near bottom for a few days, or large paper clamps. Anything to hold folds until they learn to hold that drape

I've been battling this myself! First, check the bottom hem, where the fabric is thickest. You may need to "massage" the hem where it's stitched, in case the thread is so stiff it's forcing the fabric to hang wrong. Using clips of some kind (I use one of my sewing supplies, Clover Wonder Clips: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004ZKPX8A/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_x_PWOTzbABJC57N ), fasten opposing sides of the folds together at the bottom to train the fabric into the right shape. If you have a steamer, steam the drapes while they're hanging and still clipped. If you don't have a steamer, you may have to leave the clips on for a few days, but eventually your drapes should learn their lesson.

Pleat the drapes on the floor side and pin the pleats with clothespins. Run your hand with the palm on one side, your thumb on the other side of the pleat to crease the drapes. Leave the clothespins on for about a week and when you take them off, the pleats should remain.
