The clear rod will be lower from the main rod, everything is just kind of pinned temporarily
How do I hang a floating curtain rod under a decorative rod??

I made a decorative rod(got the idea from pintrist). The valance curtains are pinned to a bendable, clear rod(still trying to figure out the best way to hold them to that. Then I need to figure out the best way to connect curtains on clear rod to decorative rod.Help! I have been racking my brain trying to figure out the neatest way to do this. Thanks
depending on how big the rod is , command strips have ones that are clear so you wouldn't see them
Many years ago people would use twine to hang some curtains. Maybe you could use strong clear fishing line tied to your decorative rod to hold them, if they aren't too heavy?
Get a spring rod and put it as close to the top as possible..
command hooks .I hung my sheers under my custom curtains and the weather panels with them
Put the sheets on a bungee cord and attach the ends to your decorative rod where they attach to the wall.
