I have them in my master bedroom and love them! Measure your window for the length that you need and but the drop cloth size that comes the closest. I would buy them a little longer than needed. When I washed mine, they did shrink a little. Then you can fold the top down if they are a little to long and use curtain clips to hand on the rod. I love the look and the price can't be beat!
or you can use flexible/washable fabric glue ... there is also an iron on tape for hems, etc., and you can hang by sliding on a curtain rod ... or if you can find large/strong enough 'curtain hangers' ... they clip on ...

You could use the iron on Stitch Witchery to make the top fold over for the pocket where the rod will go through.
