Once the seal is broken the glass panel will need to be replaced. May not need to replace the whole window. I know Ace Hardware sells double pane glass panels and also install or have someone install. Otherwise you would need a glass shop.
unfortunately it will need replacing
Sorry no remedy to my knowledge other then replacing the window.
You will have to look at getting the glass replaced or the entire window. I would compare the cost. Once the seal is broken those are your choices.
At this age, Im not sure a warranty is in effect. The panes may continue to fail.
You may need a new replacement window.
We had this happen to three windows less than 10 years old and were able to get replacements. Our windows were from WindowWorld and had serial numbers and measurement stickers intact.
Not being the original purchaser voided the free replacement warranty —in our case but new inserts were made and installed for a very reasonable cost to completely matched the existing ( brown framed) windows.
