I found the fabric, how do I know how much to order? It comes in 6.3" x 44" "units" but they will sell full panels if you order the right amount of units?

You have to decide how long you want the valance and add 4 inches for rod casing and 2-3 inches for the hem. I would use 1 1/2 times the width for fullness.
