How can I make kitchen curtains that don't involve a lot of sewing?

I used three red cloth napkins draped over the curtain rod...like a valance. No sewing. Had them up for about a year till I got tired of them.

l used two matching table runners folded over a spring loaded curtain rod to the length I needed and used fabric glue to hold them in place. yo can also use stick on Velcro. I had found softer runners. but you can also get a table cloth or fabric shower curtain (Ross, TJM,...) the fabric glueis great.
