Sheer curtain, window film.
The hardware stores sell window spray film. It’s translucent so you can see in but the light still comes through. You can use stencils, doilies, adhesive dots, pinstripe tape, or any other thing you can stick on the window before you spray to give some interest or texture. Good luck!
