Hi ! I have a small bathroom window . it is also an odd size , no way to buy curtains that would fit , so I put up cafe rod holders and a cafe rod. I made my curtains ...no sewing ...Cut white fabrics into 2 rectangles , folded over the edges , layed stitch witchery tape under fold and ironed it . Then just clipped on curtain clips , put them on the road , and it was done !!! And they look perfect , since the window is high , I keep the curtains open , in the space between the curtains I hung 3 open glass spheres and put pebbles and air plants in them.
Cafe curtains are really cute or you can cover with peel and stick contact paper that will allow light in yet no one can see in from outside. You can also use two extension rods that will fit in your window area so you will not need hardware. Good luck!
