Perhaps you could use a café curtain, or maybe get some material and just hem and put on rods to fit. If they are close together, perhaps you could just make one long drape, or a series of smaller ones to make one wide drape covered area.

I would put some clear gallery glass paint on them, they would let the light in but also provide you some privacy.
