What is the best way to hang cafe curtains that have tabs so that the top of the bottom window that holds the locks does not show?

Place the curtain rod at the height you need to have them hang so that the locks don't show. Put the curtains on the rod, hold them up to the window and mark the height of the rod and place the rod holders so that the rod is in the right height.
