Do you have small plates that you just can't part with?

Try this project! It lets you display the small plates you love and it brings life to your window areas.

I had an old plate with pretty detail, so decided to put it to good use...

Using a peel n stick plate holder, I cut it to fit the area, and positioned it just so it would hang properly....

Get out the beads!

Take a tape measure to measure how far down you'll want the decoration to hang. Not TOO far, or it would look awkward and be easy for people to bump into.

Notice I use a bag clip to hold onto my fine, fishing line as I work.

Then it's just a matter of tying and hanging in a sunny window.

I once read where... "Happiness is finding your bead pattern" I laughed because, I understood what they meant.

On a cold winters day, the sun can still liven up a mood.

Thanks for viewing my small plate sun catcher!

Hope you give it a try. Let me know if you do in the comments below.
