I don't have a fireplace in my home so I have been hanging the stockings...with care...from the staircase railing. They looked nice but they were not in the room with the tree and I just wanted something I could hang them from. I decided to make a wood stocking hanger with a Grinch theme. The estimated cost of this project is assuming you already own a cutting machine. I had most of the materials already and the paint was left over from different projects. The vinyl was sent to me by StyleTech Craft for a sponsored post. All I had to purchase were the hooks for the stockings.
I wanted something fun for my table this year. Even though it will be used for the first time during our Thanksgiving dinner I made it so it could be used throughout the entire year. The estimated cost of this project is assuming you already have a cutting machine and most of the materials. I had most everything at home left over from different projects. The only thing I purchased were the handles.
We are hosting a larger than normal holiday dinner this year and I wanted something fun to place at each setting. I love mason jars and these mini mason jars turned out to be the perfect solution.
My mom and I saw a Halloween throw pillow at Michael's and I knew I could make one for her. Then I thought I would create a second pillow so she could have a fun set to put out every year!
I love mason jar projects. I had seen these awesome bird feeders that include a mason jar and a chicken feeder and I just loved them. So I did my version of this hanging bird feeder. I think it turned out nice.
You can never have enough Christmas/Holiday decor right? Well, I truly don't have a lot but since I have been blogging I have made several great projects to spruce up my holiday decorating. These Ho Ho Ho throw pillows are one of my favorites.
This was a fun project for a Blogging Movie Challenge. We were challenged to create a craft, recipe or diy project based on the Wonder Woman movie. My house is more of a farmhouse decor so I did not know what I would create for this. I decided to take out the glitzy gold from the real Wonder Woman and use a toned down print and make some fun throw pillows.
My favorite shops are thrift stores and garage sales. I love to find that item that can be re-purposed into something useful and pretty!
