can i divide these plants and plant them or will they not divide well i only planted, gardening, planted last fall

Can I divide these plants and plant them or will they not divide well? I only planted these last fall and have no

experience with them. Since they're started growing, I really like them and would like to have several more just like them. So, do they divide OK? Is so, just how do I do it? I don't want to harm them. They're heucheras or something like that.

a neighbor s yard has these very orange mushrooms growing near the street so i took a, landscape, outdoor living

A neighbor's yard has these very orange mushrooms growing near the street so I took a photo. I Googled for them and they

seem to be Jack O'Lantern mushrooms and are poisonous. The yard with the mushrooms has a good many stray cats around that she won't let anyone spay/neuter - stupid woman - so I wonder if the cats might try eating them? Cats sometimes eat strange things. If these are a danger to the cats, I'll pull them up and destroy them. I've never seen mushrooms like this! In fact, this year I've seen several kinds of mushrooms I've never, ever seen. What gives with all the sudden mushrooms?

I hope it's appropriate to post this. (No longer available!. I've already brought home a solid wooden door that I'm going to make into a headboard and will post soon and also a desk sort of thing that's going to become a TV stand, to be posted when it's finished. I can get the exact address tomorrow if anyone wants to go get these.

i planted some lettuce a week or so ago and it s come up nicely but now i m not sure, container gardening, gardening

I planted some lettuce a week or so ago and it's come up nicely, but now I'm not sure what to do. A friend said it won't

grow well in planters like I have it in, but I grew some in the early spring in these same planters. That crop was left over from last fall's plants that didn't do well at all, but surfaced again in the spring. I only got enough for maybe 3 salads, but it was very tasty. I think I'm supposed to thin this when I see real lettuce leaves on it, but can I transplant the ones I thin out? I hate to toss out something that would thrive in another container. Or, will it?
