Craft A DIY Pumpkin Stenciled Sign
Fall is finally upon us and there's nothing more fun than decorating for this color-saturated season. Mums, pumpkins, piles of haystacks, and a DIY stenciled sign are simple ways to craft the perfect Fall-inspired porch. Today we're going to show you how to easily craft a DIY Fall-inspired sign using our stencils!
We'd like to introduce Amy , the queen of crafting and blogger behind One Artsy Mama. Amy recently created this DIY success.
Amy built this simple sign.
Once it was built, she painted it white using a chalky paint. Then she chose to stencil her sign using the Pumpkin Craft Stencil. She measured the placement of the stencil to ensure the pattern was centered. Then she secured the stencil in place using painter's tape and painted the pretty pumpkin using orange and brown craft paint.
After the pumpkin was stenciled, Amy added the words Give Thanks and applied a coat of wax to seal it.
Amy added the Fall-inspired sign to her porch decoration when it was dry. Now let's feast your eyes on this beautiful piece of art!
