Simple and Easy Burlap Centerpieces

Niki Meiners
by Niki Meiners
Make cheap and easy burlap centerpieces that only look expensive using recycled material, scraps and things found in nature.
Start your centerpieces by collecting soup cans in various sizes. Wash and clean them to remove any food residue. While they are drying go for a walk in the park and find some pinecones or acorns.
These are the materials that I used for the easy burlap centerpieces. The burlap ribbon was purchased after Thanksgiving last year and I think it was either a quarter or $.33 in the clearance bin. I love a good deal.
Cutting burlap is easier than you think. If you follow the weave of the fabric you can cut a straight line. To fringe it you simply remove one strand at a time. For full directions please visit my site.

I love these. I happen to have all the materials already except the fake plants. . I just got a new home and gardening is. Is my goto for relaxation and releaving stress, but I always forget to water indoor plants. These are perfect for my new home. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful project.

P.S. crafts are my second favorite thing to do to relax. 😃.

    Have an awesome week!
