My blog co-author, Erika, took some puppy pads and made her own refills for a portable potty her daughter uses. She cut down her cost from $34 per pack of bags to $7.50!

    This is a great idea! When my children were young we lived 15 miles from town--and no place to stop and potty! With little boys, it's not too big a deal (be sure and hide them from view though) but little girls have an entirely different set of issues! Although I tried to make sure that they used the bathroom before leaving the house, there were always "emergencies!" Quite useful for "roughing-it camping" as well. :D

    I agree with Evey, she used the potty to show how they look when in use. Great idea. I don't think the lady would be using them on potty at home.
