Easy "Believe" Santa Mason Jar Snow Globe

My hubby recently asked me if there was anything that I wouldn't put in a Mason Jar. I have canned apples and spaghetti sauce and put up pickles - just to name a few.
Now I can add "Santa" to that list. :-O While this may not be an actual "shake" style of Snow Globe, it's in the same spirit and I love how it turned out.
I started with a plain Quart size Jar. You could even recycle a spaghetti sauce jar or large pickle jar, etc.
I filled it with some faux snow - about 1 1/2" thick - then tucked in a Santa ornament from the Dollar Store, a brush bottle tree and some small package ornaments.
I dug through my ribbon bits and found two lengths of ribbon, a candy cane stripe pattern and polka dot. Finally, I added a homemade hand stamped tag. I used a mini snowflake stamp, and after removing most of the ink - I stamped on several snowflakes in red. Then, I used a "Believe" stamp in black.
You could create a Mason Jar Snow Globe with any filler - a bird would make a cute Woodland style, even a small church for a Christmas Village Scene. Look through your ornament stash and see what you can come up with.
