Simple Thanksgiving Placemats

I love cooking for my family, extended family, and friends and mostly anyone who will eat it. So I look forward to being in the kitchen making that insanely large Thanksgiving meal. And, of course, a beautifully decorated table would just make me all warm and fuzzy.
The kids helped me make these adorable, cheeky placemats. You only need 3 supplies: Fabric markers, placemats, and paper if you have a silhouette cutting machine. If you don't, no problem. Simply print out some shapes and cute with a craft knife.
Although I wish the placemats I had didn't have such bumpy ridges, they worked out just fine. Just lay the stencil as you wish over the placemats and color in the lines. If kids are helping you, use some tape or binder clips to keep the stencil in place.
I did these for Thanksgiving last year as a way to keep the kids busy with Grandma while dinner was finishing up and it was such a hit. They loved decorating their own table and setting up the buffet for everyone.
