Handmade Christmas Ornaments

Every year I choose a new theme for our Christmas decor, and this year's theme is black, white, red and plaid. Rather than buy all new ornaments, I like to make over some from previous years to fit our new theme.
This year I pulled out these glazed clay starts, and a small frame that I thought would make a cute ornament, along with some plaid fabric that I purchased online.
I used decoupage glue for fabric to cover the star with the plaid fabric, and framed a piece to turn the frame in to an ornament.
During a trip to the hardware store, I found rectangular ceramic tiles for 22 cents, and decided to make ornaments from them also. I painted them, sanded them smooth and added vinyl letters spelling Peace, Joy and Love
