Black, White, and Green Modern Christmas Home Tour

This year, we finished up our Christmas decorating early (or early for us, that is), and I'm giving you a glimpse of what we came up with. We went with a palette of black, white, and green for a more modern look this year. You can find even more pictures and details over on my blog. Enjoy the tour!
Our entryway got a makeover earlier this year, and already had the black, white, and green combo going on. For the holidays, we simply added some pine garland and a polar bear pillow ... obviously.
Moving on to the living room, we added a trio of boxwood wreaths from Trader Joes to the windows, some striped stockings, and some indoor planter boxes full of greenery to either side of the mantel.
Our black and white Christmas Tree Wall Hanging acts as our only tree in this space, but also adds a little interest to the large white wall we still haven't decorated.
Striped stockings and an old crate of birch logs and greenery:
These are the DIY planter boxes we added to both sides of the mantel. They do double duty of adding some color for the holidays AND hiding all of our cable boxes and cords.
We also set a festive holiday table in our black and white color scheme:
Black, white, and pops of green cover the table:
A table runner with the words of one of our favorite Christmas songs runs down the center. Boxwood sprigs in white mason jars, as well as bright green reindeer moss add some bold pops of color to the table.
And a final fun touch to the kitchen decor. And we threw in a little red here ...
