DIY Latitude and Longitude Pillow - Santa's House

Hey y'all...we don't know about you, but it seems like around this time of year our minds are on full time Christmas mode. We absolutely love this season and are always thinking of new Christmas crafts we can do for our homes that are unique and fun. We thought of a great DIY pillow that has the latitude and longitude coordinates of Santa's House at the North Pole and we're so excited to share it with you.
We love all things Santa and vintage...our pillow showcases both!

We are also participating in Home for Christmas with a fun blog hop hosted by Hometalk.com and Country Living.com!

Now, let's get crafty! The first thing we did was use chipboard letters and stencils to determine the lettering size to fit on the pillow form.
Then we lightly traced the letters with pencil and then started to fill in the letters with red craft paint and gray chalk paint.
Confession, we can't believe that this has been in our craft stash for years and have never used it! What were we thinking? This takes iron-on graphics to new heights. It's super simple to use and gives clean, crisp graphics.
How adorable is this Santa that we found on Graphics Fairy?
We opted to go the easy no-sew route with our pillows and used Heat and Bond tape.
We think the pillow is adorable and are so happy with how it turned out!
Santa looks cozy on the porch swing...
...ready to greet holiday visitors.
Santa is a great addition to our Christmas decor and now you know how to get to the North Pole :)
