20 Projects Built From Scratch

You may know I love to repurpose, and build new useful pieces from old discarded items. I also love to build stuff from the bottom up. I fly by the seat of my pants, without a sketch or plan. You can see some of my favorite projects, including some fabulous guest posts in my latest Take 2 Tuesday post.
Using all new materials (rare for me) I built some faux barn doors and hung them with inexpensive hardware from Tractor Supply.
For 25 years I lived with the ugliest fireplace ever. Why oh why did it take me so long to give her a new look?
Using plans from Ana White, I built a custom sized media center to fit my space.
This one is not from new materials. I used two old windows, and some lumber from an old water bed to make this charming country cupboard.

I love the above corner cabinet from leftover windows and lumber from waterbed, I came across an Idea to use an old farm screen door and just place it in a corner, attach hinges and make corner shelf supports inside, you have the look of a corner cabinet, with little materials, could use other doors, but the screens look awesome.
