Gold leaf and stamping resist technique

Make sure you don't miss out on this fab technique of resist stamping on gold leaf. It's easy and can add that little special something to any of your craft project. All you need is a gold leaf (or choose the colour you fancy, copper works beautifully as well), an ink pad and a stamp of your choice. Make sure to seal it with a varnish spray or a fixative!

Good instructions. Your finished pieces makes the stamped pattern look raised, that's where I was confused.. I've worked with gold and silver leaf so I know how delicate it is. Thanks for helping me figure this out.

Not a problem Mary, thanks a lot for stopping by! ps. I saw your beautiful creations (love the 'kiddy' pics most :):), and I was very impressed with your creativity. Loved the inlaid tables!
