Repurposed Piano with many options for functionality

Before anyone goes crazy telling me I am crazy to do this to a piano, the soundboard was warped and the inner pieces were missing a LOT to be playable. As well, the veneer was destroyed from years of setting some sort of water containers on top. For those following my posts - THIS would be the piece that I demonstrated the * how to get veneer off* posting.
Now for the fun - The progress shots! This piece is so stunning in person. Photos do it no justice. We did a photo shoot to show 3 possible ways to use this. And yes I know there is a VCR in it HAHA!!! Shhh.... look away - it's just to give an example as an entertainment unit! (which would look amazing in our house so it's going to be a toughy to sell this beauty!) All of the inner parts will also be repurposed into furnishings or art. Nothing in this project will be sent to the dump! Aside from the stripped veneer scraps! Visit us at http://www.facebook.com/gypsybarn for more repurposing fun!

I am going to be getting custom glass cut to go over the keys to use as a shelf or serving area. Visit us at http://www.facebook.com/gypsybarn for more repurposing fun!
I see a lot of wine being stored underneath! Or for commercial use - maybe the parts for the guns for the mixes and soda. Visit us at http://www.facebook.com/gypsybarn for more repurposing fun!
The guts. Notice the missing felt and keys all over the place. Hence why it was not in a *save* state. Visit us at http://www.facebook.com/gypsybarn for more repurposing fun!

The before shot. Sure - it looks good ..... but no.... no, it sure wasn't in any state to restore. Visit us at http://www.facebook.com/gypsybarn for more repurposing fun!
Use simply as a nice book shelf area. Maybein the kitchen as a pantry, coffee station, microwave area? Visit us at http://www.facebook.com/gypsybarn for more repurposing fun!

I think this will be a piece of wall art on its own! It weighs about 250 pounds. This would be why pianos are so hard to move! Pure Cast iron! Visit us at http://www.facebook.com/gypsybarn for more repurposing fun!

I have an old piano. Done done things with a lot of the parts. Have all the hammers in working order in one piece that was taken out. Any ideas for what to do with it?

Talk to a piano tuner- repairman and they are likely to tell you most old pianos are not cost effective to bring up to snuff. There are, of course, exceptions.
