Budget Kitchen Facelift

We recently brought our kitchen out of the 80's/90's and into the new century with a budget facelift. We replaced the 80's almond laminate counter with a more modern looking one in a brown/coral granite tone, we painted our lower cabinets with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in Pure White, we added a glass mosaic back splash and 2 new upper cabinets. We painted the whole kitchen with Behr Ultra Premium Plus paint in Sculptor Clay. More about what we did and some future plans for the pantry are on my blog.

My Hubby cut a hole in the wall and installed the microwave to free up valuable room on the counter.

I think it looks much more modern now.
