Patio Flower/ Water Garden

This is an inexpensive way to create a focal point on your patio and have the soothing sound of running water (in the pot to the right). I used clippings that I collected over the winter and placed in water to root for the outside of the water garden. I have placed vining plants at the back of the flower garden and placed smaller pots around it.

I am currently trying that with two plants....didn't use rooting hormone. I think I have to if I try to root in soil, right? Thanks so much Gwen.

I don't use rooting hormone, not even with the ones I put straight into soil. What kind of plants are they? That makes a difference.
