Winter House Tour and Tips on Transitioning Christmas Decor to Winter.

Here is a quick Winter House Tour, along with some tips on how to transition your decor from Christmas to Winter!
When deciding what do keep/add or take away post Christmas think of the following:

Cozy: Adding texture such as fur, sweater, pile, and poof are perfect for this time of year. Also adding or keeping warm tones such as wood, creams and browns add warmth to a space.
Fresh and Clean: The New Year urges an inner "fresh start" in all of us. By simply taking down all of the decor in a space, cleaning it well, and only adding back what you feel is essential, you will regain a love for the simplicity and cleanliness of your home.
Metallics: It's the New Year! Now is the perfect time to use metallics in your decor! Even spray-painting pinecones is a great way to spruce up your space for Winter.
Hearts and Snowflakes: Starting on some early Valentine's Day decorating or leaving the winter snowflakes and snowmen out are perfect to replace Christmas decor with!
Add Some Life: Weather this be fake greenery, flowers or evergreen branches from outside, adding some life to a space will life your spirits out of the Winter Doldrums!
