I love projects where you can use recycled materials. The base of this project can be leftover cardboard or an empty cereal box!
Cut up your cereal box in the shape you desire. I made a heart and it was so quick, I also made two diamonds later. Using a ruler, mark off your basic widths for each color of felt.
Create your fringed strips of felt using regular scissors. Adhere the strips to your shape base and presto! A lovely spring colored wall decor item.
