Client had frame rot and was able to replace with new no-rot frame/jamb. See before and after pictures below.

I consider they finished work to be just fine, but it can never hold a light to the, before. It echoed history, grace, elegance and high dollar effect. After, though pretty is a severe downscale of what was.

I actually like the before better. The after looks vinyl and cheap.
