I'm on a pre-spring clean up mission, which included reorganizing the family command center.
I was off to a good start...but those bins still looked messy!

I checked out decorative file folders on line, but decided to make my own with some leftover gift wrap.
Using spray adhesive, I covered plain manilla file folders with the gift wrap.
I added packing tape to the top centers (front and back) to reinforce them before punching a hole about .75 inch below the top edge (again, on both the front and back).
I added a button to the front, securing the wire on the back with packing tape...
and added an elastic tie to the back...
Next, tie the elastic loop around the button...leaving a little play to make it easy to open and close.
And viola: A much tidier command center that fits all of the family's user requirements!
