Retro tables turned Hollywood Regency

These tables found on the trash went from 1950's bad to Hollywood Regency Glam!
A coat of paint and some silver-leafing is all it took to transform them.
Would you ever try silver-leafing?

    I could have used silver spray paint but it would not give you the blocked look that I wanted. If you look at the second photo you can see the blocked look a little better.

    so is that more silver leaf on the legs or is it a metal footing. It looks great!

      @Pirate Yes, I silver leafed the legs as well. I just taped it off and then painted on the sizing and then added the silver leaf. Thank you!!
