Carrot Garden Easter Basket

Looking for a unique Easter baster? Make this cute carrot garden DIY Easter basket using plastic eggs, a box and some construction paper! You can fill the box and the carrot eggs themselves with goodies. (More photos & details here: http://bit.ly/carrotgardenbasket )
SUPPLIES

Small cardboard box with lid

Plastic eggs, green and orange

Hot glue gun

Construction paper, green and brown

Utility knife

Green permanent marker

Flower stickers (optional)
Gather your supplies. Any small box with a lid should work. We used a shipping box something had been mailed to us in. Shoe boxes are perfect!
Cut your grass from green cardstock to match your box size.
Cover your box with brown paper. IMPORTANT: Cut holes just large enough so the eggs sit in them and don't fall through.
Glue your "carrots" together using a whole orange egg and the bottom of a green egg. You can use a permanent marker if desired to decorate them.
Fill the eggs with goodies and also fill the box! Many more photos and ideas on our site link below!
