Brooks Custom on Jun 05, 2012For end-grain butcher blocks, they are glued. It is very labor intensive, and will drive the price up. Edge-grain is a more affordable option that we offer, and has a distinctive look. I'll post an edge-grain picture today so you can see the difference.
