I think it should be law that every home has a front porch. Alongside tall pillars and flowers, there's no more welcome sight!

Why don't they make covered bridges any longer? So beautiful! I wonder if there's an actual reason this use to be done?
These fences are built with no tools nor holes. They are scattered around Gettysburg and were used in the battlefields so the farmers could move them around. I ADORE this look and hope to emulate it somehow. Maybe around the garden...

An old train station wears cheerful, complimentary colours in Gettysburg. Note flowers aren't even missed when the building takes centre stage? It's beautiful!
