LOVE these benches, I am always working on a new one :-) I am concerned about having these old pieces out in the elements. This particular bench was painted with exterior paint for added protection. Have you had any issues with antique materials holding up outside?

I love the headboard bench you can always find those thrown out . I'm going to try this
