DIY Updating 80's Oak Stairwell

This was beautiful once it was done. The taping was the most painful part, runner up was painting the balusters. The cost was the paint - 1/2 gallon of antique white and light purple/brown (foreshadow) - less than $20.

    Just lovely! What tedious work, done so well. You mentioned the new wall color as "foreshadow". Could you please mention the brand of paint you used?

    What's under the carpet??? Oak steps with white risers would look gorgeous....
