Broken Garden Chair Renovation

Gerrie
by Gerrie
I've had a busy week working on some children's garden furniture that my daughter's nursery had thrown out...
They were in very bad condition and needed a lot of filler, and screws.
I replaced the strips of wood on the bottom of the seat.
All done.

Thankyou. I'm a big fan of blue in the garden - I think it reminds me of warmer climates!

I purchased 2 Adirondack chairs but asked that they be made for a short person, like me. He designed them as just chairs and a table or footrest for each. I stained them red, but this GA weather without any trees to protect them from the Sun at my home put a beating on the paint. Love your idea of blue. I am going to repaint them blue and put them on the front porch facing North so they will useful for a long time and will go very well with my white house and red roof. Thanks
