Unknown bug.

Anyone know what this is? Looks like it was laying eggs (bright yellow dot) in the crack of the pool.

    You are quite welcome. I battle with them year after year. Their caterpillars can strip an oleander bush in no time at all.

    Cher, Oleanders are amazingly efficient mechanisms for scrubbing toxins from the environment. That is why oleanders are poisonous. I was surprised to learn that a simple, elegant moth would prefer such a deadly plant as a food source! Thank you for the information.
