How's Your TV Hanging? We Added a Shelf, Now Ours Looks Better!

Our TV in the master bedroom is hanging with a flatscreentvhangingthingamugjigs. Problem was the TV seemed to float on the wall, the wires, and the cable box set too low to change channels comfortably.
Solution; make a shelf to hang directly under the TV so it looks like the TV is sitting on the shelf. I hid the cable box inside the shelf and the wires only had inches to hide behind the wall.

We used a small dowel to bend between nail to lay out the curve on the bottom.
